Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by RDP ONLINE LIMITED ("Company"). By using our services, you ("Customer") agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of services, at the sole discretion of the Company.

1. Illegal Use

Customer shall not use Company services to engage in any activity that is unlawful under applicable laws and regulations of Hong Kong or international law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • ✦ Distribution, hosting, or transmission of child exploitation material.
  • ✦ Hosting, selling, or promoting counterfeit goods or pirated software.
  • ✦ Using services for terrorism-related activities or financing.
2. Security Violations

Customer may not use Company services to compromise the security or integrity of any network or system. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • ✦ Unauthorized access (“hacking”) or attempting to breach authentication or security measures.
  • ✦ Distribution of malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • ✦ Engaging in denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
3. Network Abuse

Customer may not use Company services in a manner that interferes with the normal operation of networks or systems. Examples include:

  • ✦ Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • ✦ Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or any intrusive network probing.
  • ✦ Excessive consumption of bandwidth or resources affecting other customers.
4. Prohibited Content

Hosting or distribution of the following content is strictly prohibited:

  • ✦ Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • ✦ Content promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
  • ✦ Content violating intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent).
5. Responsibility for Use

Customer is solely responsible for the use of the services, including any actions performed through their account, whether by the Customer or third parties.

6. Enforcement

Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. The Company may remove, block, or disable access to content, suspend or terminate services without prior notice if violations are detected.
